Social Media & Blog Content Strategist | SVA MFA Visual Narrative Thesis 2024

In Summer 2024, I collaborated with the School of Visual Arts MFA Visual Narrative program to create social media and blog content promoting their student thesis presentations and related events. Each student gave a 30-minute presentation of their final project, and I selected five of these to edit into 1-minute videos tailored for social media. I began by reading the presentation transcripts, identifying the most engaging excerpts, and crafting a cohesive story that could be shared in under a minute. These edits were designed to capture attention and invite audiences to view the full presentations. I also wrote and laid out a blog post on the SVA MFA website to showcase the videos, following the program’s brand guidelines. In addition to video and blog work, I contributed photography at several events to generate ongoing content for SVA’s social media platforms.

I wrote and designed a feature blog post on the SVA MFA Visual Narrative website to showcase the edited videos and promote the graduating students’ work.
