ACTIO is a startup fitness brand and soon-to-be application that connects people with the best workout classes in their area. The creators are committed to provide options for people to connect through fitness, while finding different ways to stay active and social in their communities.

Project Goals

  • Create a great-looking website

  • Elevate the brand’s digital presence

  • Increase web traffic and brand awareness

  • Attract potential members and investors

Design process

  • Understand brand and users (attend a dance class!), interview founders

  • Research competitors and fitness market at large

  • Identify improvement areas for the website:

    -Clarify the brand message (copy)

    -Add design elements that convey movement

    -Align image and color use with the brand guide

    -Add reviews

  • Mock up ideas and present for initial feedback

  • Execute web design

  • Client presents website at start up competition for additional feedback

  • Edits and recommendations
